1. Acceptance
By registering for or using Moat Mind Coach, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. View-Only Service
Moat Mind Coach is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide investment advice, brokerage, or trading services. Market data may be delayed or incomplete.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
Moat Mind Coach and all original app content are owned by First Principles and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to extract data or replicate the service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Principles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. You may sign out or stop using the app at any time.
9. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Moat Mind Pro)
Moat Mind Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Free users receive a limited daily number of coaching messages. Pro unlocks unlimited coaching within fair-use limits.
